HaroldDALRYMPLE(Dal) Pat and family of the late Harold would like to sincerely thank family, friends and neighbours for the many cards and flowers which have been a great comfort to us during this time of great sadness. A special thank you to Dr McKenna for all his care to Harold over the years, to all district nurses and staff of Tennant Street Surgery and Rowlands Pharmacy. Grateful thanks to Dr Kardasz and Dr Reaich, all the staff on Ward 2, Renal Unit, at James Cook University Hospital, also Renal Unit at University Hospital of North Tees for the respect and dignity given to Harold whilst in their care. To Fr McKenna for a lovely service and to the choir.
